The coverage of this instrumentation was reduced in MariaDB Server 10.6.0 as part of MDEV-24167, MDEV-24142 (since MariaDB 10.2.2, the interface did not cover any mutexes, only rw-locks), and finally the whole view was removed along with the sync_array and the InnoDB homebrew mutex implementations in MDEV-21452.
