This script:

SET NAMES swe7;
 
DROP FUNCTION IF EXISTS f1;
 
CREATE FUNCTION f1() RETURNS INT RETURN 1;
 
SELECT f1();

produces this error:

ERROR 1457 (HY000): Failed to load routine test.f1. The table mysql.proc is missing, corrupt, or contains bad data (internal code -6)
