Bug#13777928 CANNOT CONNECT USING SSL IF SERVER'S CERT IS SIGNED WITH SHA-2 FAMILY ALG

When compiled with the bundled yaSSL+taocrypt library, MySQL
cannot connect to a server if that server presents an SSL certificate
signed using a SHA-2 based signing algorithm.

This patch enables support for SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512
  signing algorithms.
