 Description

Test case for MySQL "BUG#11748924 PARTITIONS: TOO-LONG COMMENT CAUSES NO WARNING" fails in 10.0.

Test diff attached. Relevant MySQL patch quality is rather questionable and I failed to understand why a long comment is bad. The patch seem to be partially merged into 10.0.

Queries with a long comment succeeds in MariaDB 10.0. Probably because limit is higher? Major priority because it is not clean what may actually happen when we overrun this limit (server crash, file corruption or proper handling).
