Did you try 10.0.6? There were some fixes related to incompatibility with previous versions.

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about this report due to the lack of any information.
We don't know anything about your schema, data, configuration, and actions that led to the error.
When you are saying that you don't have more info, does it mean that you really cannot say anything, or just that you don't know what could be useful?
In the latter case, you could start from uploading your datadir (if it's not too big) to our FTP, and attaching your configuration file.
But it makes sense to try 10.0.6 first.

Closing as incomplete for now, please comment to re-open if/when you have more information.

Thanks.

same problem here

"ERROR 1030: Got error -1 "Internal error < 0 (Not system error)" from storage engine InnoDB : " only when I modify data (INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE etc).
it very random I can do 10k inserts to the same table with the same data and only got 1,2 errors or none :/

Using Server version: 10.0.7-MariaDB-1~squeeze

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 6.0.8 (squeeze)
Release: 6.0.8
Codename: squeeze

no such problem in mariadb 5.5.
