Lots of InnoDB tests from MySQL 5.6 and 5.7 are missing.
For any tests that restart the server, I think that we should definitely merge the following change:

I think that we should also remove the parameter to shutdown_server (only allow the parameter 0 to have the server killed immediately).
See also MDEV-11499 which will make any shutdown_server timeout a test failure. This is essential for detecting shutdown hangs in the test suite.
