Description

A few build bot machines fail at the "test install" stage
with similar symptoms:

The packaging tools on these machines do see unixODBC dependency,
but they are not able to install it for some reasons.

They are not able to install unixODBC because we force yum to install from cache and do not allow downloads. So all dependent packages need to be installed on the VMs.
