Reproducible on current maria-5.5-galera revno 3386.

Hi Aleksey,

For our better understanding of how people operate their Galera installations in real life: how did you run onto this problem? Is it in some circumstances a normal operation to turn off/on wsrep provider at runtime?

Absolutely not normal We were trying to figure out how to recover from a scenario when only one node left in the cluster in non-primary state.
