I don't want to disable tests that may be useful.

If you can post the failed test results I will try to fix the test to not be platform dependent.

The test ttp://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=52223 seams to be fixed already in MySQL 5.5 and MariaDB 5.5.

I fixed innodb.innodb so that it accepts number 513 also. This fixes the known problem with this test.

The issue with main.outfile_loaddata is however strange and indicates a bug in MySQL/MariaDB.

Can you post here the output from:
mysql-test-run outfile_loaddata so that I can see what the state is now ?
(The original bug report: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=46895 can be out of date).

If possible, if someone can give us temporary access to a system where this fails, it would help to fix this quickly.

Got on #maria @ freenode a testrun of outfile_loaddata on the problematic system and it works now.
Based on this I have to assume that we don't need to disable this test anymore.
The fixes are now pushed into the 5.5 tree.
