 Description   

there is a feature request to implement settable notification message that will notify end-user N-days before the password get expired,
For example:
warning: the password will expire within N days

Server does not provide a standard way for shell to discover when the user's password is going to expire. Therefore it is very hard for us to fix this issue. Unless server fixes this, shell won't be able fix.

As I wrote in MDEV-30045, I think this should start in the server. And from a table with the information about accounts.
May be something like INFORMATION_SCHEMA.USERS?
