RELEASE_LOCk documenation is not appropriate:
https://mariadb.com/kb/en/release_lock/
is: "function are not safe for replication."
should be: "function are not safe for statement-based replication."
see also GET_LOCK.
Would be nice to have a comment like it behaves in "mixed" which is the default in MariaDB...
