 Description   

MariaDB supports auto partitions for system versioned tables (MDEV-17554).

This task is about auto adding partitions to an existing partitioned table when new data
is inserted that does not match any existing partitions.
For example, creating a new partition on first insert with uses the next month on a table partitions by year/month.
