mysqltest: At line 17: query 'SELECT * INTO OUTFILE '$MYSQL_TMP_DIR/B11764517.tmp' FROM t1' failed: ER_FILE_EXISTS_ERROR (1086): File 'C:/Users/jenkins/workspace/Source-Build-Test/src/mysql-test/var/tmp/2/B11764517.tmp' already exists

The same should be true for any "SELECT .. INTO OUTFILE", so maybe it makes sense to skip it in the 2nd execution altogether rather than disable it on case-by-case basis.

Fixed in branch bb-10.4-MDEV-32023
In MariaDB ES this problem fixed in versions 10.4-enterprise, 10.5-enterprise, 10.6-enterprise, but not in 23.08-enterprise
