Description

Issue is exactly like ~~MDEV-31637~~ which has been closed and marked completed. I disagree.

Trying to upgrade from 10.10.2 to 10.11.4 or 10.10.5 to 10.11.4 both fail on step 5 in the upgrade wizard.

See ~~MDEV-31637~~ for details. It is word for word the exact same issue.

it's marked closed and completed and fixed in 10.11.5

So, naturally, if you upgrade to 10.11.4 the bug is still there
