 Description   

after MDEV-29959 it became possible to implement INET4→INET6 conversion. This will make INET4 and INET6 values comparable, allow cast from inet4 to inet6, insert of inet4 values into inet6 columns, etc.

question: what will happen if only one type is loaded, not both? impossible, both plugins are mandatory
