 Description   

I have some queries which generate "Impossible WHERE noticed after reading const tables", which is perfectly good.
If log_queries_not_using_indexes=on
these queries are logged as well. But this is not "true". Sure no index is used, as the query returns before, but this should not be logged in the slow query log
