 Description   

Repo for Debian bookworm is missing.

sid repo has packages named as deb12, which would be bookworm, so sid should possibly be bumped to deb13.

The mariadb releases occurred before bookworm was released.

They will be renamed on our next release.

Do you happen to know when the release will be? We have everything ready for debian 12 servers but have been blocked for a few weeks since only the MariaDB repo isn't ready yet.

Hello, it's 09/08, 2 months after the launch of Debian 12 and the repos are still not available

The Q3 release was delayed due to some blocking issues. I believe at this time most of them have been resolved so it should happen soon.

MariaDB 10.11.5 and 11.0.3 were released today and both have Debian 12 "Bookworm" repositories.

Hi @Daniel,

Thanks for the release! I noticed that for MariaDB 10.6 the packages are not yet available for Debian 12. Will these also become available?
This is helpful for us to know what are upgrade path will be. If MariaDB 10.6 will not become available for Debian 12 we mist first upgrade MariaDB to 10.11 on our Debian 11 servers and after that upgrade to Debian 12. Otherwise we will upgrade both Debian and MariaDB at the same time which we would rather not do.

Only 10.11+ will be available for Debian 12 as it has 10.11 packaged already as part of the distro - see MDEV-31923.
