maybe it would be a good idea, not to totally fail the update script, if some table is missing, if it is not really needed (in my case innodb is not used), but other update scripts fail. Or at least issue a help, how to solve such an issue. removing the file in mysql-dir solved the problem. |

It was 10.5.19 - but as you corrected the title, it would just be helpful to have some advice, or skip the failed table and continue with other updates, if possible. |
