 Description   

From MDEV-21303 mariadb names where meant to be primary. A couple of cases escaped notice as found during testing of MDEV-30203.

mariadb-service-convert, which used /usr/bin/mysqld_safe. And set an override of User=<blank> meaning reset back to root if no user was set.

scripts/galera_recovery.sh used mysqld

Debian's init script debian/mariadb-server-10.5.mariadb.init also used mysqld_safe.
