At least version 10.3 installs script /usr/bin/sst_dump which can be also found from rocksdb-tools. This should be solved in control file |

Otto fixed it in 10.5+ and apparently intentionally left be in 10.3-10.4. |

Seems so.. I don't really know if this worth of downgrading. From 10.5 there is Salsa-CI and it's shipped in Debian/Ubuntu/RHEL world. |
