It turns out that the ES version of mbstream contains extra headers that are only present in the ES version. This means that backups encoded with ES mbstream cannot be extracted with the community version of mbstream and will give weird errors (invalid chunk magic). Please, modify community mbstream so that a proper error message is presented to the user when trying to unpack ES-encoded mbstream files. Thanks |
