 Description   

For the JULY 2022 MariaDB Server releases Plugin maturity levels need to be changed:

password_reuse_check GAMMA to GA
UPDATE:
mysql_json GAMMA to GA

Only mysql_json is promoted from GAMMA to STABLE.
password_reuse_check had MDEV-28838, which shows it's not quite stable yet
