 Description   

mysqld immediately and repeatedly crashes durig startup and after stating:
"GCache::RingBuffer unused buffers scan... 0.0% ( 0/131459736 bytes) complete."

After deleting the file /var/lib/mysql/data/galera.cache the server is starting as expected.
Possibly the galera.cache is corrupted. That file could be provided on request.
