 Description   

Hello

Using MySql 8.0.24 on Windows with plugin from MariaDB 10.6.4.
Copy plugin dll to plugin folder
Copy server.dll to bin folder

When registering plugin
ERROR 1126 (HY000): Can't open shared library 'server_audit.dll' (errno: 0 API version for AUDIT plugin is too different)

Also tried with 10.5.9, same result
Previous versions are simply not loadable (maybe a missing dll)
(errno: 126 The specified module could not be found.)

Looks like the MDEV-11904 changes should have made this work.
