 Description   

For building all plugins from MDEV-12933, all compression libraries need to be installed.
Currently Fedora 33/34 are missing bzip2 and lzo.

Since at least Fedora ARM packages are released from the foundation buildbot, they need to be able to build the compression providers.

Please also check whether other platforms which are released from the new buildbot have the libraries.
I couldn't check all, as some didn't build recent builds.

rhel-8-aarch64: couldn't check
sid-aarch64, -amd64: ok
sid-ppc64le: couldn't check
hirsute-aarch64: ok
bullseye-aarch64: ok
bullseye-ppc64le: couldn't check

maybe something else is also released from the new buildbot.
