 Description   

The request is two-fold, hence both maintenance and development releases in Fix Version.

MDEV-22278 disabled temp-pool by default and declared it deprecated. The description says that it could be removed completely in 10.6, there is still time to do it.

Also, it should be probably causing a warning in the error log in 10.4/10.5, as is customary with deprecated options. It doesn't happen now.
