What do you mean by that? Support where, in what packages?

Currently RockDB for Windows but i don't know if other Engines can support it.

Where the zstd is >= 1.1.3, then it is enabled in packages for rocksdb. This means the default Debian stretch doesn't have this. But everything else where that package version number is satisfied should have it enabled.

If there's a specific distro package not enabled, please reopen this bug with a specific MariaDB and distro version.
