 Description

Since the last maintenance releases 10.2.32, 10.3.23, 10.4.13 RocksDB got a new dependency on SUSE:

 === /usr/bin/mysql_ldb
+	libsnappy.so.1 => /usr/lib64/libsnappy.so.1
 === /usr/lib64/mysql/plugin/ha_rocksdb.so
+	libsnappy.so.1 => /usr/lib64/libsnappy.so.1

It must have happened when the library was installed on SUSE VMs (sles150, sles123 and opensuse150) to satisfy Columnstore requirements.

It's not a problem a such, but the decision needs to be made before the next releases whether it's okay to add a new dependency to post-GA libraries.

10.5 is fine, because 10.5.4, the first GA, was released already with the dependency, so there is no post-GA change.

let's keep it with a new dependency. consistent with other rpm packages, e.g. on CentOS7
