 Description   

mysql_upgrade_service maintains list of variables that were present in older releases, but now removed.
this is used to remove the offending variable from the my.ini prior to upgrade.

Add innodb_checksums, innodb_locks_unsafe_for_binlog, innodb_rollback_segments, innodb_stats_sample_pages that are removed in 10.5
