Crash caused whilst mailman3 runs database initialization tasks.

 Description   

Upon letting mailman3 initialize its database, MariaDB crashes with signal 11 with the stacktrace attached.

A core dump is available when requested.

It appears to be the same problem as MDEV-22563.
