 Description   

Hi experts, I am planning to install MariaDB 10.4 with CentOS. I am not sure CentOs 8 comes with MariaDB or not. I assume repositories have been creating along with default.
Secondly, I need to have non-root user start MariaDB (say mysql user) other than root. I am not sure with the installation will create a non root user to start the mysql
Will anyone able to confirm, please.

Hi I didnt see way to create an issue thread to get community advise. Could you please guide me to find this . Mean time what is the purpose of haivng this Jira portal .
