 Description   

The patches that fixed the bugs in the code of calculate_cond_selectivity_for_table() and
table_cond_selectivity() effectively changed the original ideas how selectivity of condition should be calculated and how it should be used. As result many inconsistencies in the code has appeared and they induce new and bugs in cardinality estimations.
