seems like a flakey test that assumed a float rounding a different way.:
main.select/select_jcl6/select_pkeycache

rounding difference on floating numbers - not significant:
main.sp float
main.derived_cond_pushdown
main.type_float

(looks like I lost track of MDEV-14531)

innodb.temporary_table_optimization might just be assuming 2.2 > 2.2.

galera test failures look more serious.

RHEL 8 ppc64le packages are now present in repositories for 10.4.8 and 10.3.18
