test pam v1 and v2 plugins in various configurations

Stage 1:

  • added getPamStep to buildbot for debs and RPMs on 10.4+;
  • the step uses the simplest 2-line pam_unix setup and MariaDB installation from the packages (via systemd when applicable), and tries both PAM v1 and v2;
  • at the end, the step runs PAM MTR tests.

Stage 2:

  • extend the step with scenarios covering all recently filed PAM-related bugs;

Stage 3:

  • extend the step with all scenarios from the KB.

Further plans TBD.
