Compilation was broken because of dirty build directory.

Can you please be more specific? @midenok

I probabbly hit the same issue with 10.3.21 on Fedora.
While 10.3.20 is fine, the whole 10.3.21 "connect" suite fails with:

[ERROR] Couldn't load plugins from 'ha_connect.so'.
 
[ERROR] /builddir/build/BUILD/mariadb-10.3.21/sql/mysqld: unknown variable 'plugin-connect=ON'

The results are same whether the suite is ran during build or after the packages are installed.
