 Description

As part of MDEV-18212, a timestamp was added to the version message printed by mariabackup:

$ mariabackup --version
Warning: option 'innodb-encrypt-log': boolean value '--innodb-encryption-threads=4' wasn't recognized. Set to OFF.
[00] 2019-02-20 18:01:22 mariabackup based on MariaDB server 10.2.22-MariaDB Linux (x86_64)

Most other tools don't print a timestamp for these messages. For example:

$ mysqld --version
mysqld Ver 10.2.22-MariaDB-log for Linux on x86_64 (MariaDB Server)
