10.0.30 is a fairly old (almost 2 years old), there has been at least one bug with similar symptoms fixed since then: MDEV-12281.
Please upgrade to the latest release to see if the problem goes away.
Better still, please consider upgrading to a higher major version, as 10.0 is going EOL very soon.

I will in this week perform a db upgrade to release 10.1 and give you feedback about the results.
I hope the upgrade fixe the described symptoms.

Since the database upgrade of our MariaDB to version 10.1.38 there have been no more unexpected reboots/crashes of the database.
The connection crashes of the OTRS server to the database server are also history and the database is working correctly.
