 Description   

There was a minor issue related to the merge of MDEV-17973 to 10.3. The lines at 811 and 812 in scripts/wsrep_sst_mariabackup.sh are redundant, since the variable is set again a couple lines later.

Thanks for pointing this out!
I merged pull request 1129 into 10.3 and 10.3 into 10.4. I think that pull request 1130 is redundant.
