 Description   

The test disabled when the optimizer defaults were changed in MDEV-15253

1) innodb.innodb-alter-table : enable after MDEV-17778 [enabled]
2) main.mysqlcheck: [enabled]
3) main.flush_read_lock: [enabled]
4) main.partition_explicit_prune : enable after MDEV-17032 is fixed [enabled]
5) main.column_compression_parts : enable after MDEV-17032 is fixed [enabled]
6) main.join_cache: enable after MDEV-17752 is fixed
7) archive.archive_gis: enable after MDEV-17297 is fixed

As soon as the commit 6dbc2ab8b36ca9b9255a9a4e3bae28e76522e5c8 is merged to 10.4, I would check enable the main.join_cache test
