 Description

Some Windows mysqld.exe services do not belong to either MySQL or MariaDB user installations.

Dell, for example delivers its own copy of very old MySQL (5.0.45) in C:\program files\common files\dell\bin\mysqld.exe, as part of its OEM application (remote help) that comes preinstalled on every new Dell Studio XPS.

Recent winqual reports contain 4 different crashes of attempt to upgrade those instances, all related to this Dell application.

While upgrade crashes need another investgation, the main purpose of this bug is to to hide OEM apps specific mysqld services, so users can't automatically upgrade them by just clicking through the MariaDB installation - we do not know what we could break here.
