 Description   

The server/storage/federatedx/TODO file was last updated in 2009, thus it is misleading - it is not unreasonable to assume that most of those tasks were imlemented/fixed or will never be.

The one in MyISAM is even older.
I don't see any point in having all of those files – TODOs, KNOWN_BUGS, etc. we should get rid of them; but whenever the question arises, there is a force to keep them there, and it causes a pointless exercise for updating some of them, only to have them forgotten again for the next few years.

Actually I thought that removing the file would be the logical reaction. Sorry for causing the loop to repeat.
