 Description   

the feedback plugin is compiled statically into the server in 5.5 debs. Which is fine.
but in bintar it is compiled dynamically. it is inconsistent and makes it difficult to document the feedback plugin. like "if you use deb, do this, if you downloaded bintar do that..."

feedback plugin should be always compiled it statically.
