 Description   

Looking on several mirrors, I found the aws key management plugin package for 10.3 on only one mirror. In addition I didn't find a package for Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver. Packages for 10.2 are there.

The 10.3 series of plugin now seem to be in the ftp.osuosl.org repo but not for bionic.

Sorry, I've reported MDEV-17496 with a more detailed description before I noticed this one. So closing this as a duplicate.
