rpl.rpl_parallel2 fails in 10.3, supposedly after MDEV-16172. See comments there.

If grep for mismatched rpl_init,rpl_end won't bring out any result and suggest just push the test's reenabling to 10.3 to find the culprit over there.

Hi Elkin,

If there was any rpl_init , rpl_end or some some stop slave mismatch check-testcase.test should have caught it . It only fails in 10.3, 10.4 but not in 10.2 or 10.1

I have enabled the test, I tried to run the run test case/suite on buildbot for me it passed
I will keep eye on cross reference , if it fails again then I will fix.

The failure at rpl_init is no longer observed though the test was used to timeout, and daily, the last time at
2020-07-04 21:31:35 10.6. I am not reporting now any bug for that as that issue seems to have been fixed.

I re-enabled rpl.rpl_semi_sync_after_sync too in 10.4+ which was listed in MDEV-16172 and passed CI.
