 Description   

wsrep_provider_options separator is not defined
in mariadb docs:
https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/wsrep_provider_options/

it's needed to outline that wsrep_provider_options should be configured as
semicolon separated key value pair list .

{if you use another separator wsrep init() will fail }

and wsrep_provider_options must be specified on a single line

{if configure wsrep_provider_option on several lines the last one will overrule the previous settings}

Docs updated. The separator was mentioned on https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/galera-cluster-system-variables/#wsrep_provider_options but agree, it should have been mentioned on the sub-page too.
