 Description   

main.ssl_cipher, main.openssl_6975 'tlsv10', main.openssl_6975 'tlsv12' and main.ssl tests are failing when it's built with new OpenSSL 1.1.1.

This was fixed already by MDEV-14101: For specific cipher tests we specify the TLS protocol version number in tests, since these cipher suites are not allowed in TLSv1.3 (default) anymore.
