 Description   

i´m installing, and i have message "invalid argument" on all mysql & mysqld commands.

root@SACMDES-SOLARIS:/usr/local/mysql# ./scripts/mysql_install_db --user=mysql
./scripts/mysql_install_db[260]: ./bin/my_print_defaults: ./bin/my_print_defaults: cannot execute [Invalid argument]

root@SACMDES-SOLARIS:/usr/local/mysql/bin# ./mysqld --skip-grant --general-log
-bash: ./mysqld: Invalid argument

root@SACMDES-SOLARIS:/usr/local/mysql/bin# ./mysql --verbose --help
-bash: ./mysql: Invalid argument

What exactly are you installing, from where?

So, you're installing x86_64 packages on Sparc. It could be expected it wouldn't work, right?

i didn´t find the sparc download....

We don't have any packages or binaries available for the sparc architecture.

It appears we no longer support Sparc.
