Thanks for the report. Please try a different mirror. E.g. if you need one in Canada, mariadb.mirror.anstey.ca seems to work fine:
While mariadb.mirror.rafal.ca indeed causes the problem. dbart, could you please check what's wrong with it? | |||||||||

The mariadb.mirror.rafal.ca mirror appears to be in the middle of an update, I'll disable it in our systems for now and contact the mirror operator. Thanks! | |||||||||

I tried again to do the installation and everything was perfect with a different mirror. | |||||||||

Problem was with mirror. Switching to a different mirror fixes the issue. |
