In previous versions, MariaDB provided two variations of InnoDB: Percona's XtraDB (built-in by default) and MySQL's InnoDB, shipped as ha_innodb.so.
MariaDB 10.2 and 10.3 only provide MySQL's InnoDB, but not XtraDB. Thus, InnoDB has become in-built, and there is no .so.
