missing step and dismiss in How to upgrade
1. in order to run mysql_upgrade mysqld should be started at first
2. mysql_upgrade requires user name and password

1. between p6 and p7 they should be step/point prompting to start mysqld
2. in mysql_upgrade point it should be added options -u <user_name> -p<passw>
in case of user had have set user credentials

6. Install MariaDB 10.2 [2]
7. Run mysql_upgrade
